Effective from 1st April 2023, CIMB will adopt Standardised Housing Loan Agreement (SHLA) and Standardised Home Financing Agreement (SHFA) irrespective of the loan/financing amount for individual / retail customers. Please refer to Security Documents to be used effective from 1st January 2024 onwards.

Kindly be informed that effective from 1st Feb 2023 CIMB will NO longer charge the following fees: (1) Loan/Financing Documentation Fee of RM250.00, (2) Change of Nature of Charge Fee of RM40 and (3) Perfection of Charge Fee of RM100.
