The risk of payment of the Principal Amount or GCI Coupon Amount of this Investment depends upon the ability of the Bank to make such payments. You are therefore taking the credit risk of the Bank as the counterparty to the Investment.

Non-Principal Guarantee/Protection and Early Redemption/Withdrawal Risk

You should note that GCI products are meant to be held until maturity. While you may request for an Early Redemption/Withdrawal, you may incur a loss on the principal upon redemption.
