Discount entitled for customers with Pri-Warisan are as follows:
- Enjoy a 20% discount on the chargeable rates of Estate and Jointly Acquired Asset Agreement (JAAA) Management Fees; AND
- Enjoy a 20% discount on the chargeable rates of Trust Management Fees; AND
- Enjoy a 20% discount on the chargeable rates of Pri-Hibah Management Fees.

The Pri-Warisan package is a pre-paid discount for your estate / property administration fees. This was created to reduce the rising cost of estate / trust / Pri-hibah management fees & assist you and your family from the expensive distribution process.

Eligibility

Holds a Comprehensive Wasiat from AST, whereby AST is appointed as Executor/Administrator
Customers with Pri-Hibah and/or Harta Sepencarian are highly encouraged to apply

Key Notes

Pri-Warisan offers a pre-paid discount on estate administration services by as-Salihin Trustee Berhad, aimed to reduce estate distribution administration costs.
An individual customer only needs to purchase one (1) Pri-Warisan product to enjoy the discount for all the chargeable rates by AST in the estate administration process of Wasiat, Pri-Hibah and Harta Sepencarian.
Pri-Warisan subscription can be transferred to the spouse or children during the lifetime of the Customer.
No transfer fee applies when transferring Pri-Warisan to the spouse or child/children.
Pri-Warisan is not a standalone product and must be taken with a Comprehensive Wasiat by AST with AST appointed as the executor in the Wasiat.

Fees & Charges

Pri-Warisan must be taken with a Comprehensive Wasiat from as-Salihin Trustee Berhad (AST). Thus, Pri-Warisan is bundled with Comprehensive Wasiat as “Rancang Warisan” - the pricing below applies:
