Why can I make a transfer without logging in to CIMB Clicks Mobile App?

As part of our efforts to improve online banking experience for our customers, we have included an Always on HomeScreen feature in the updated CIMB Clicks Mobile App. With this new feature, it gives our customers a seamless banking experience as you will be able to access your banking functions using just your fingerprint/FaceID [for specified transactions less than RM250. For transactions more than RM250, you will be required to enter your password.] Your user ID will be logged in for ease of access for 30 days.


Although your ID is logged in, your online banking experience will remain secure as any transactions will require Touch ID, Face ID or Password to proceed and confirm any transactions.
