I did not activate biometric during First-Time setup in the CIMB OCTO App, can I activate biometric login after setting up?


Yes, you can. Please follow the steps below:

  • Login > ‘More’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘Biometric’
  • Enter your password
  • Tap ‘Activate’ button to complete the activation


Before activating biometric login, please ensure that FaceID, TouchID/Fingerprint is enabled under your device settings.
