I have made a purchase using my Credit Card, but this transaction is not appearing on the eligible transaction page. Why is that so?

Only transactions that meet the criteria for FPP conversion will appear in the eligible transaction page. If an eligible transaction not appear, it could mean that this transaction is due in three (3) days’ time and hence is no longer eligible for FPP conversion.
