I am not able to use this service. Why?

If you encounter an error when trying to use this service, it may be due to the following reasons:

 

  • You are below 18 years old. Hence, not qualified for this service

  • The customer profile that you registered in CIMB is non-individual, i.e. ID type is business registration or Association/Club/Society

  • You registered for CIMB Clicks via Credit Card or Kwik. This service is only applicable to customer with a CIMB deposit account only
