My transaction was not successful. What is/are the possible reason(s)?

  • Please ensure that your Debit Card (cards issued before 25 February 2013) has been enabled for Point Of Sale (POS) transactions.

  • Remember to set your Debit Card daily purchase/spend limit according to your requirements (Min. RM1,000, Max. RM5,000).

  • The debit card is linked to the designated Current/Savings Account. Therefore, there must be sufficient funds in this account for the transaction to be processed.
