My transaction was not successful. What is/are the possible reason(s)?
Please ensure that your Debit Card (cards issued before 25 February 2013) has been enabled for Point Of Sale (POS) transactions.
Remember to set your Debit Card daily purchase/spend limit according to your requirements (Min. RM1,000, Max. RM5,000).
The debit card is linked to the designated Current/Savings Account. Therefore, there must be sufficient funds in this account for the transaction to be processed.
