Important Notes:

1. FYAP refers to First Year Annualised Premium (Insurance product), and FYAC refers to First Year Annualised Contribution (Takaful product).

2. Customers need to sign up for the participating products in the Annual Mode Premium/Contribution Frequency in order to be eligible for the
Campaign.

3. Customer is only entitled to receive the gift if the proposal/application for the participating products is signed within the Campaign Period and the
policy/contract/certificate of the participating products is issued by Sun Life Malaysia latest by 14 August 2025.

4. The policy/contract/certificate of the participating products must stay in force as of 14 September 2025.

5. Customers, which is the Life assured/Person covered is only eligible for one (1) Prize per Participating Product per Life assured/Person covered.

6. FYAP/FYAC accumulation is not applicable to the Campaign.

7. For the participating product with the top-up option, regular top-up or single top-up will NOT be recognised as part of the plan’s FYAP/FYAC.

8. The fulfilment of the gift will be within 90 working days from 14 September 2025.
