Insert your ATM Card and enter your PIN.

For Credit Card Payments

1. Select “Others”.
2. Select “Credit Card Payment”.
3. Select “Third Party”.
4. Input your payment details:
- Account Number
- Amount
- Select from Account/Account-i
5. Confirm payment details.

For Hire Purchase Payments

1. Select “Loan/Financing”.

2. Select “CIMB Hire Purchase".

3. Input your payment details:

- Amount

- Select “3rd Party Account"

>> “Account Number” or “Vehicle Registration Number"

- Select from Account/Account-i

4. Confirm payment details

5. Select “Yes” to save as Favourite Transaction

For Other Financing Payments

1. Select “Loan/Financing”.
2. Select “CIMB Loan” or “Islamic Financing”.
3. Input your Payment details:
- Account Number
- Amount
- Select from Account/ Account-i
5. Confirm payment details
6. Select “Yes” to save as Favourite Transaction.

Go to www.cimbclicks.com.my. Log in with User ID and enter password.

For Credit Card/Hire Purchase/Other Financing Payments

1. Select “Pay & Transfer”.
2. Select “Pay Loans & Cards”.
3. Enter Loan Account Number or Card Number, or select from "My Own Account” or "Recent/Favourite" dropdown list .
4. Input your payment details:
- Payment from which account

- Amount and Payment Date
- Transaction Instruction
5. Review payment details & Click 'Make Payment'

Tip: View Your Financing/Credit Card Balance Easily Via CIMB Clicks

1. Go to “My Account"
2. Click at “Credit Cards" or “Loans/Financing” to view account*.

*Statement/Outstanding balance & transaction history.

1. Select “Top Up & Payments”
2. Select “Pay Loans & Cards”

3. Login with biometric ID (Face ID/Fingerprint) or password

(if you didn’t activate biometric ID need to confirm your Secureword).
4. Enter Loan Account or Card Number, or select from ‘My Own Accounts’ or 'Recent/Favourite' dropdown list.
5. Input your payment details:
- Payment from which account

- Amount and Payment Date

- Transaction Instruction
6. Review payment details & Click 'Make Payment'

Note:

You can now make a quick payment for transactions up to RM250 with biometric ID (Face ID/Fingerprint). Password will only be required for transactions above RM250 as enhanced security. Activate your biometric ID in App Settings to enjoy.

The maximum limit for Quick Payment transactions is RM250. You can adjust your Quick Payment Limit via Settings > Quick Payment.

3. Enter recipient reference & make payment

2. Select 'From Account' & Select Amount

3. Enter recipient reference & make payment

Recurring Payment Via CIMB Clicks

Go to www.cimbclicks.com.my

1. Log in with User ID and enter password.

2. Select 'Pay & Transfer'.

3. Select 'Scheduled Transactions'.

4. Click on 'three dots button' at the top right corner and select 'Schedule a loan/cards payment' from the menu.

5. Input your payment details:

- Enter Loan Account or Card Number, or select from ‘My Own Accounts’ or 'Recent/Favourite' dropdown list.

- Payment from which account

- Amount

- Payment Date - Select a future date and you will have an option to select the frequency and desired end date.

- Transaction Instruction

6. Review payment details & Click ‘Make Payment’

Standing Instruction (SI)

Set up SI by consulting our Customer Service Officer at CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic Bank branches.

TRANSFER FROM OTHER BANKS

Interbank GIRO (IBG)/Instant Transfer (IBFT)

For non CIMB Current/Savings account customers, payment can be made via IBG/IBFT through online banking or ATM.
