How do I register for CIMB Phone Banking?

Visit your nearest CIMB ATMs to create T-PIN to perform Phone Banking and complete the steps below:

Step 1: Enter your ATM PIN

Step 2: Select Other > Other Services

Step 3: Select Phone Banking Registration on the main menu

Step 4: Enter a 6-digit T-PIN to register and confirm it.

For security reasons, please ensure your T-PIN differs from your ATM PIN.
