What is the “Lock Clicks ID” feature?

 

This feature allows our customers to immediately lock their CIMB Clicks ID via CIMB Clicks App or CIMB OCTO App if they suspect or have fallen victim to fraud and scam, and/or their account(s) have been compromised. 

 

This emergency self-service function at their fingertips allows customers to instantly lock their CIMB Clicks ID. Once this feature is activated no one, including the customer, will be able to access or login into their CIMB online banking profile (CIMB Clicks (Web and App) or CIMB OCTO App).
