How do I submit a refund request for a SpeedSend transaction for Cash Collection service?

  • Step 1: Login to CIMB OCTO App.
  • Step 2: Go to the OCTO Transaction History > tap [Request Refund] icon > Tap [Yes] on Request Refund confirmation prompter
  • Do note that the [Request Refund] icon will be accessible if the transaction status is displayed as “Available”
