I attempted to make a payment using DuitNow Cross Border QR (CBQR)and the amount was debited from my account, but my transaction was not successful. What should I do?
If this happens to you, call CIMB Contact Center immediately or at least within 30 calendar days from the date of transaction. For our contact details, visit Contact Us on our official CIMB website or refer to the number at the back of your card.
If the report is made only after 30 calendar days from the date of transaction, CIMB and the DuitNow QR Owner & Operator reserve the right to reject any dispute.
