Why can’t I see my Singapore (SG) loans in the Accounts Summary Listing and Financing account tab on CIMB OCTO App?

Follow the steps below to view your Singapore Loans:

 

  1. Log in to CIMB OCTO App
  2. Navigate to ‘Accounts’
  3. Turn on the toggle for ‘View Singapore Accounts’ on the Account Summary Page if the toggle is off
  4. Tap on the ‘Financing’ in top menu bar
  5. You will be able to view your Singapore Loans upon turning on the toggle
