Where can I find the Remittance Smart Application forms?

In case the remittance transaction cannot be performed in Clicks, we have now made an option for you to download the Remittance Smart Application Form to make your remittance at branches easier. Simply download from CIMB Bank website or click here.  We recommend the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 8 and above in order to fill up this form. Once you have completed and signed the form, you can visit any of our branches for processing.
