3. How quickly should I lodge a dispute with my CIMB credit card?

You may lodge a dispute as soon as possible upon identifying a suspicious or incorrect transaction.

 

For unauthorised transactions, please contact our Consumer Contact Centre immediately to report the issue.

 

To proceed with a dispute, kindly complete, sign, and return the Transaction Dispute Form to the Bank within 14 days from the date of your monthly credit card or account statement.
