How will I know if my transaction has successfully gone through?
You can check under the Pay and Transfer > Transaction History section to view all Successful, Pending or Failed Transactions. All transaction statuses will be available immediately upon verification from our program. An SMS/email will be sent to you to inform you of the status of your transaction. Therefore, you must ensure that you have updated your details with your latest mobile number as well as email address.
