How long will it take for ASNB to process my transaction through CIMB Clicks? I have just performed a top up/subscribed more funds/made an initial investment, but it is not reflected on CIMB Clicks. What should I do?

Transactional services such as Subscriptions / Initial Investment are available between 2AM and 9PM everyday (includes weekends and public holidays). However, there are cut-off time for certain ASNB fund types such as below:

Fund Type	Cut-off Time (GMT +8 Malaysia Time)	Processing Time
Fixed Price Funds	9:00PM	Immediate
ASNB Forward Price Funds	4:00PM Transactions still allowed from 4:00PM to 9:00PM	2 working days * If transaction is performed between 4PM to 9PM, processing will take up to 3 working day.
