Requirements

Applicants are required to submit these compulsory documents:

  • Photocopy of NRIC

  • Evidence of income

 

Definition of evidence of income

  1. Salary earners, submit any ONE of these documents:
    • Latest 1 month’s salary slip (for fixed salaries) or 3 months' salary slips (for variable incomes)
    • Latest 3 months' payment vouchers accompanied by a current or savings account statement showing salaries credited.
    • For CIMB Payroll customers, minimum latest 3 months’ bank statement
    • Latest EPF Statement
       
  2. Self-employed / business owners / sole proprietors, submit any ONE of these documents:
    • Latest 6 months' business current account statements
    • Statement of profits earned and received from Term Deposits placed for more than 12 months
    •  ASNB dividend statement
    •  Latest 6 months' Tabung Haji account statements
