Please be informed that, in light of the recent escalation of conflict in the Middle East, global airspace restrictions have resulted in widespread flight cancellations, rerouting and delays, causing significant travel disruption.

We acknowledge the inconvenience this may cause and remain fully committed to supporting our policyholders throughout this period.

Effective 28 February 2026, Secure Travel policyholders who have yet to commence traveling (at the point of policy cancellation) may cancel their policies and receive a full premium refund, provided that the trip cancellation is directly attributable to the Middle East conflict, including disruptions at the intended destination or affected transit points, such as airline cancellations, airport closures, airspace restrictions or official travel advisories.

Policyholders who choose to postpone rather than cancel may amend their travel dates accordingly, subject to policy terms and conditions.

Claims arising directly from active conflict areas remain subject to the war exclusion clause under the policy. All requests will be assessed in accordance with the applicable policy terms and prevailing circumstances.
