Starting 1 September 2025, the ‘Notify Recipient via SMS’ and ‘Alert Recipient by SMS’ features in CIMB Clicks and the CIMB OCTO App will be discontinued.

Moving forward, you can still notify recipients via email. This can be done by selecting:

‘Notify Recipient’ > ‘Via Email’ for DuitNow / Transfer Money / Pay Loans & Cards service
‘Alert Recipient by’ > ‘Via Email’ for 'Manage Favourites' service
