I forgot to share the receipt for a transaction made on the CIMB OCTO App. Am I able to share receipts for past transactions?

 

Yes, you can: 

  1. Login > ‘Accounts’ > Select your account choice
  2. Scroll down to ‘Transaction History’ > Search for your transaction history 
  3. Tap on your transaction history choice 
  4. Tap on the ‘Share’ button

 

Alternatively,

  1. Login > Scroll down to ‘OCTO Transaction History’ 
  2. Search for your transaction history
  3. Tap on your transaction history choice
  4. Tap on the ‘Share’ button
