I have more than one CIMB Clicks ID with different debit and/or credit cards. How do I know which card is linked to which Clicks ID?

You can check the debit or credit card account linked to your respective CIMB Clicks ID with the following steps:

  • Step 1: Launch the CIMB OCTO App
  • Step 2: Tap on “More” button > “Services” > “Manage Device”
  • Step 3: Enter your password
  • Step 4: Tap on “View SecureTAC enabled cards”
