I did not receive my SecureTAC, what should I do? 

Starting end of May 2023:


On both the CIMB OCTO App and CIMB Clicks App, go to homescreen > select “SecureTAC Approval” / “SecureTAC” > tap ”Approve” or “Reject”.


To ensure you receive your SecureTAC instantly, turn on the notification in the app settings.
