Is there any cut-off time for my order?

Cut-off time is at 4:00 pm daily.

 

  • If you place an order before the cut-off time, the earliest collection date is the next day.

  • If you place an order after the cut-off time, the earliest collection date is the day after tomorrow. You would not be able to choose to collect on the next day.
     

Example:

Order placed on Tuesday at 3:00 pm would be ready for collection on Wednesday morning onwards depending on the selected CIMB Bank Currency Exchange operation hours.

Order placed on Tuesday at 5:00 pm would be ready for collection on Thursday morning onwards depending on the selected CIMB Bank Currency Exchange operation hours.
