How can I renew my FD-i and get my acknowledgement slip?

All FD-i placement via CIMB Clicks will be auto-renewed*. You can obtain your 'FD/FD-i Acknowledgment Slip' via CIMB Clicks:

 

Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks

Step 2: Go to Account Overview > at FD-i account (quick action menu) > Uplift/Withdraw FD/FD-i

 

OR

 

Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks

Step 2: Go to Account Overview > click on FD-i account > at FD-i Account Details (quick action menu) > Uplift/Withdraw FD/FD-I

 

*NOTE: If you would like to close your FD-i account, you may choose to uplift or withdraw it via CIMB Clicks. Click here  to learn how.
