What happen to my unredeemed Bonus Points after expiry date?

All unredeemed Bonus Points will be automatically forfeited after the applicable expiry date. Any request by the Customer to utilise the unused points after the expiry date shall not be entertained by the Bank and the Bank shall have no obligation to reinstate the expired or forfeited points.
