Can I cancel my scheduled DuitNow to Mobile/ID transaction(s)?

Yes, you can:

  • Step 1: Login to CIMB Clicks Web > Select “Pay & Transfer” > Select “Scheduled Transactions” > “Pending History”
  • Step 2: Select the transaction you wish to stop by clicking the Record Id (underlined and hyperlink format)
  • Step 3: Click “Stop This Payment” or “Stop all Future Payment” to cancel the transaction(s)
