Eligibility:

1. Individuals aged 18 years and above.

2. Housing properties must be completed properties with financing amount of RM200,000 to RM3,000,000.

3. Business premise properties must be completed commercial & industrial properties with financing amount of RM300,000 to RM5,000,000.

4. Applicable for properties in Malaysia.

5. Bank will bear the valuation cost together with the legal cost* and stamp duties related to the financing documentation.
