About the CIMB Affinity Credit Card Programme

The CIMB Affinity Credit Card Programme is a new prestige member base that offers renowned association members a rebate and rewards programme. It has taken on new life since the 1990s, when it was formerly known as “Direct Access”. You are eligible for this exclusive member-only programme if you are a member of any of the associations below:

How to Sign Up

Step 1

Download the application form here and Information Disclosure Consent Form here or get the hard copy from your respective association.

Step 2

Fill up the form and prepare the following documents.

 

  • A copy of your NRIC (both sides) for the Principal card.
  • A copy of your Supplementary card applicant’s NRIC (both sides), if you require a Supplementary card.
  • A copy of your Membership proof such as Membership Letter / Certificate / Membership Card / e-Membership Card.
  • Latest 1-month salary slip / EA Form / Form BE or B.
  • Income tax receipt / EPF Statement with minimum 6 months contribution.
Step 3

Compile the documents and email them to cardsmktg@cimb.com, or pass it to the nearest CIMB branch or CIMB sales staff.

Eligibility & Requirements

You must:
  • Be a member of the associations stated above.
  • Be salaried / Self employed.
  • Meet the minimum income requirement of RM 24,000 p.a.
