Here's how to update your credit card mailing address on CIMB Clicks

You are not required to update your credit card mailing address

if your current registered address with CIMB is still valid.

Step 1 - Log in to www.cimbclicks.com.my (desktop version).

Step 2 - Select "Update Profile" and under "Update Contact Details", select "Update Address".

Step 3 - Select “Credit Card” and select your “Location” .

Step 4 - Select “All Accounts” and “All Credit Cards” as “Which Account” and proceed to fill in your “New Address”.

Step 5 - Select your “Declaration by Applicant” and click “Save Address” to have your new address updated with CIMB.

Step 6 - Review your updated address.

Step 7 - "Approve" transaction with SecureTAC.

Step 8 - Your request to update your address was submitted.

NOTE: For rejected and approved request, a SMS message will be sent to you. 2 working days are required to update your address.
