Step 1: Submit your transaction request via CIMB Clicks Web or merchant website and the push notification will be sent to your CIMB OCTO App on your primary device.

Step 2: Tap "SecureTAC" button on the app menu or tap on the SecureTAC push notification.

Step 3: Verify the transaction and tap “Approve” or “Reject” to proceed.

Step 4: Tap "Approve", verify your identity using facial recognition/Face ID/fingerprint/passcode.

Step 5: Once verified, your transaction will be approved,

If facial recognition/Face ID/fingerprint/passcode is NOT enabled on your device
