We are comitted to enhancing your banking experience and would like to inform you of an upcoming Account Conversion Exercise that will affect your PETRONAS Savers Account and PETRONAS Debit Mastercard with us.

This exercise will be implemented in two stages:

Stage 1: Automatic Conversion of PETRONAS Savers Account to Regular Savings Account

• On 24 January 2026, your existing PETRONAS Savers Account will be automatically converted to a Regular Savings Account.
• No action is required from you at this stage.
• If you wish to convert to a differents savings account, you may do so before 24 January 2026 at any CIMB branch

Stage 2: Debit Card Replacement

• You will be required to replace your existing PETRONAS Debit Mastercard to a CIMB Debit Mastercard at any CIMB branch
• Details of the card replacement process, including timelines and instructions will be shared at a later stage. 

Please note that customers who are impacted by this exercise will be notified on the specific details relevant to their account and any actions they may need to take.
