Access your CIMB Clicks account online to review and update your contact details.

STEPS:

Log in to CIMB Clicks portal.
Select Update Profile > Update Contact Details.
Follow the on-screen instructions to update Phone Number, Email Address or Address.

Visit your nearest CIMB branch, where our staff will be pleased to assist you with your information update.

STEPS:

Download Customer Information Update form CIMB website.
Complete the form electronically, print and sign the completed form.
Submit the form with the supporting documents to your nearest branch.

For assistance to update your profile, contact our CIMB Call Centre.

STEPS:

Prepare required information such as account details, NRIC/passport number, and contact details to be updated.
Contact CIMB Call Centre.
Verify your identity.
Request the update.
Authorise the change. You may be required to verify the update.
