How to reschedule my collection date?

For CIMB Clicks users, please login to CIMB Clicks (web) and go to ‘Apply & Invest> CIMB Travel Currency Order History. Click on the Order ID link to view your order details. You will be able to see ‘Edit Collection Date’ button if your order is allowed to be rescheduled.

 

If you have ordered without logging in to CIMB Clicks, access the CIMB TravelCurrency order page to find the ‘View Order’ menu (look for three dots button at the top right corner of the form). Do have your initial order details with you to fill up the required information. TAC will be required to complete the rescheduled process.
