Terms and Conditions Governing the National Addressing Database
In these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), references to “You”, “Your” and “Yours” refer to the CIMB Bank Berhad or CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad customer who uses the National Addressing Database (“NAD”) and references to “We”, “Our”, “Ours” and “Us” refer to CIMB Bank Berhad and/or CIMB Islamic Bank Berhad, as the case may be. These Terms govern Your use of the NAD made available by Us and shall be read in conjunction with the Terms of Access and the CIMB Online Banking Agreement governing the online banking services provided by CIMB Bank Berhad. |
3. Modification and Deregistration of your DuitNow ID
c. You will receive a confirmation of de-registration from Us via CIMB Clicks mobile application or SMS as soon as the de-registration is confirmed. |

7. Miscellaneous
a. You acknowledge that We have the right to change, vary or modify these Terms from time to time by providing You with a thirty (30) days’ written notice via CIMB Clicks website or in any manner as We deem fit, and You agree to be bound by such Terms as revised, varied or modified from time to time. |
