I did not receive my SecureTAC, what should I do? 

For CIMB Clicks App, go to homescreen > select “SecureTAC” > approve or reject the transaction.

 

Starting end of May 2023:

For CIMB OCTO App, go to homescreen > select “SecureTAC Approval” > approve or reject the transaction.

 

To ensure you receive your SecureTAC instantly, turn on the notification in the app settings.
