How do I make payment to JomPAY billers via the CIMB OCTO App?

 

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Tap ‘More’ > ‘Transfer’ > ‘JomPAY’ icon or Tap ‘JomPAY’ icon from home screen/ deposit or credit card account
  2. Login to CIMB OCTO App
  3. Enter the Biller Code you would like to pay and key in Ref-1 and/or Ref-2 (if any) as appeared in your bill and amount to proceed with payment
  4. Confirm the payment with TAC Approval to complete the payment
