How do I know if the JomPAY transaction is successful?

 

The transaction status will be reflected as either ‘Successful’, ‘Failed’ or ‘Accepted for Processing’ in CIMB OCTO App Transaction History. You can check the status by:

  • Login > Scroll down to ‘OCTO Transaction History’ > Search for your transaction history.
