What if I have forgotten my trading PIN?

Please follow the steps below to reset your trading PIN:

 

  • Click on 'Forgot PIN' at www.itradecimb.com to retrieve a hint to your Trading PIN

  • On the pop-up screen, key in the answer to your hint password and click 'Submit'

  • The system will automatically regenerate a 6-digit code which will be sent to your assigned email address.

 

Upon receiving the newly generated 6-digit code, you will then need to log in and change this 6-digit code to your own personalized trading PIN.
