I have replaced my existing CIMB Bank ATM/Debit Card and when I login using my existing CIMB Clicks User ID, it prompted me to input the new card details. Why did this happen?

This is because your existing ATM/Debit card has been terminated. To continue using CIMB Clicks, you should login using your existing User ID, enter your new ATM/Debit card number with the ATM PIN, and CIMB Clicks will recover the existing profile for you.
