Log in to CIMB Clicks > My Accounts > Select the Credit Card you would like to view

Here's how to update your credit card mailing address on CIMB Clicks

You are not required to update your credit card mailing address

if your current registered address with CIMB is still valid.

Step 1 - Log in to www.cimbclicks.com.my (desktop version).

Step 2 - Select "Update Profile" and under "Update Contact Details", select "Update Address".

Step 3 - Select the credit card (s) that you would like to update your mailing address.

Step 4 - Select "Mailing Address" as Address Type

Step 5 - Select your "Location" and proceed to fill in your "New Address"

Step 6 - Click "Save Address" to have your new address updated with CIMB.

NOTE: For rejected and approved request, a secure message will be sent to you. 4 working days are required to update your address.

Guide to register CIMB Clicks via web

Step 1 – Visit www.cimbclicks.com.my and choose Register for CIMB Clicks at the top right corner. Choose the access type for your CIMB Clicks.

Step 2 - You can either select to register using your CIMB Debit and Credit Card or Investment or Financing.

Step 3 – If you had selected to access via your CIMB Debit or Credit Card, kindly fill in your card details, enter the text shown in the box and click next to proceed

Step 4 - Key in your One Time Activation Code sent to your registered mobile with CIMB. If you have not registered your mobile number for TAC, kindly refer to “Guide to register your mobile number to receive TAC via ATM”

Step 5 - Set your Clicks ID and fill in the details required

Step 6 - Enter your introducer details (optional)

Step 7 - Congratulations! You have completed your CIMB Clicks registration.

Guide to register CIMB Clicks via mobile

Step 1: Go to www.cimbclicks.com.my/register or select ‘Register User’ from CIMB Clicks app. Select CIMB ATM, Debit, or Credit Card and key in your 16-digit Debit/Credit card number & 6 digit ATM pin.

Type out the CAPTCHA text displayed and tick the 'Accept' box after reading the T&C and click 'Next'

Step 2: Type the 6-digit one Time Activation Code (TAC) sent to you via SMS to your CIMB Bank/CIMB Islamic registered mobile number & Click ‘Continue’.

If you have not registered your mobile number for TAC, kindly refer to “Guide to register your mobile number to receive TAC via ATM”

Step 3: Create your User ID, Password, and SecureWord and key in your mother’s maiden name, email address.

Step 4 - Congratulations! You have completed your Clicks registration

Guide to register your mobile number to receive TAC via ATM (for customers who choose to register CIMB Clicks using CIMB Debit Card)

Go to any CIMB bank ATM machine and insert your CIMB debit card.

Select your language preference

Key in your CIMB debit card 6-digit pin

In the menu, choose Return to Main Menu > Others

Choose CIMB Clicks

Key in the mobile number to receive CIMB Clicks TAC

Wait for the registration to be processed

Choose YES to continue other transaction, choose NO to end the transaction

Congratulations! You’ve successfully registered your mobile number for CIMB Clicks TAC
