What happens if the Foreign Telegraphic Transfer is unsuccessful?

In the event your Foreign Telegraphic Transfer instruction is rejected by CIMB or the beneficiary bank, the funds will be refunded after deducting all the relevant CIMB charges and also charges by the beneficiary bank (if applicable). The company shall be liable for all marked-to-market losses incurred by the Bank and such marked-to-market losses shall be deemed as “Charges” as the term is understood in the Terms and Conditions of Subscription and Access to BizChannel@CIMB.  Customers are required to re-submit their Foreign Telegraphic Transfer instruction with complete and correct information and may call Business Call Centre to enquire for further details.
