CIMB Online e-Statement

Less is more when you go paperless

CIMB digital solutions, simplified for you.

              

              

In line with our renewed commitments to adopt sustainable banking practices, we will be progressively moving our mode of communications from paper-based to digital.

 

As part of the initiative, we will be migrating all monthly paper statements for Business Current Account/-i (including Foreign Current Account/-i) to online e-Statements.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Why is CIMB migrating printed statements to online e-statement?

With online e-Statement you can view and download your monthly statement securely from BizChannel@CIMB. You will also be able to export your statement to CSV format, which allows for easy reconciliation.

2. Does this apply to all bank statements, example loan/ financing, credit card, FD/FRIA-i statements?

At this point in time, we will only be stopping printed statements for Business Current Account/-i and Foreign Business Current Accounts/-i.

We will continue to mail printed statements for loans/ financing, credit cards, FD/FRIA-i and other accounts until further notice.

3. How do I view/ download my online e-statement from BizChannel@CIMB?

4. I do not have BizChannel@CIMB, how do I sign up?

To know more and select the right BizChannel@CIMB package that meet your business needs, please click here.

5. My BizChannel@CIMB ID is inactive; how do I reactivate it?

To reactivate your BizChannel ID, you may either

  • call our Business Contact Centre at 1300 888 828 (Local) or +603 22973000 (Overseas), Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 7.00pm or Saturday from 8.00am to 5.00pm (excluding public holidays).

6. When will my online e-statement be available on BizChannel@CIMB each month?

The online e-statement for the previous the month will be available on BizChannel@CIMB by 1st of every month. E.g. you can download your May 2021 e-Statement by 1st June 2021.

7. How many months of online e-statements will be available on BizChannel@CIMB?

BizChannel@CIMB will store your latest 3 months of e-statement.

8. How can I request for statements that are more than 3 months’ past?

To request for a statement that is more than 3 months past, you may

  • call our Business Contact Centre at 1300 888 828 (Local) or +603 22973000 (Overseas), Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 7.00pm or Saturday from 8.00am to 5.00pm (excluding public holidays).

or

  • visit any CIMB/ CIMB Islamic Branch

 

Your statement will be sent to you via e-mail within 2 business days.

9. If I prefer to receive printed statements, can I request for printed statements after 1 November 2021?

After 1st November 2021, we will no longer mail printed statements to your mailing address. However, if you require printed statements, you may

  • call our Business Contact Centre at 1300 888 828 (Local) or +603 22973000 (Overseas), Monday to Friday from 8.00am to 7.00pm or Saturday from 8.00am to 5.00pm (excluding public holidays).

  • visit any CIMB/ CIMB Islamic Branch

 

The printed statement will be made available to you within 5 business days.

10. Are there fees/ charges for reprinting of bank statements?

Yes, please refer to the fees/ charges as below:
