Technology Refresh For BizChannel@CIMB Mobile Token

 

Dear Valued Customers,

 

As part of our ongoing commitment to safeguarding your account and enhancing our services, we will be conducting a technology refresh, along with key enhancements to our Mobile Token system. This upgrade is scheduled to take place from 20 September 2025 to 31 October 2025.

 

We encourage you to update to the latest version of the BizChannel@CIMB Mobile App and log in before 31 October 2025 to ensure a smooth transition.

 

If you do not log in during the upgrade period, you will be required to bind a new Mobile Token by scanning a QR code during your next login to the BizChannel@CIMB website. Please note that Mobile Token activation can only be performed via the web.
