Effective 1 September 2025 (or on any other date as may be determined by the relevant authority), SJPP will implement SST on all guarantee fee payments. The current SST rate is 8%, in accordance with the legislation gazetted by the Ministry of Finance and the guidelines issued by the Royal Malaysian Customs Department. Please note that the SST rate is subject to change in line with any future amendments by the relevant authorities.

All guarantee fee payments made on or after the aforementioned date will be subject to SST at the prevailing rate.
