Notice Of Amendments To Merchant Services Terms And Conditions

Dear Valued Merchants,

We hereby give you twenty-one (21) calendar days’ notice that the Merchant Services Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) will be amended to delete reference to “UnionPay International Co. Ltd.” with effect from 01 January 2026.

For your easy reference, the amended clause in the T&C is set out in the table below. You may also refer to the amended Merchant Services Terms and Conditions via CIMB website at Merchant Solutions | CIMB.
