In accordance with our recent notice informing of a change in the stamp duty payable for cheque-related instruments as stipulated under the Finance Act 2024 gazetted on 31 December 2024, we would like to inform you that we will be performing a chargeback of RM0.85 per cheque leaf for cheque-related instrument transactions made in January and February 2025.  

Please note that this chargeback is in line with the effective date of 1 January 2025 stipulated in the Finance Act 2024. The amount collected through the chargeback is payable to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri (LHDN) and is not retained by the bank. The chargeback will be processed on 17 June 2025.
