Important Notice:

Notice Of Revision Of Merchant Discount Rate (“MDR”) For CIMB’S Off-Us Easy Payment Plan (“EPP”) Via Pine Labs Terminals

Dear Valued Merchants,

 

Effective 15th February 2024 (“the Effective Date”), CIMB’s Off-Us Easy Payment Plan (non-CIMB Issuer EPPs) Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) for

all Pine Labs terminals will be revised as per Table 1 below.

Table 1

 EPP Tenure Revised Off-Us EPP MDR (Effective from 15th February 2024)
6 months 3.60%
12 months 4.80%
24 months 7.00%

If you continue to accept Off-Us EPP from the Effective Date onwards, you shall be taken to have agreed to the revised Off-Us EPP MDR rates as

set out in the above table. No action is required from you arising from the above change.
